It's here!! My first journal that I published, and I hope it will be a great asset to you.
I believe it can be a great asset because of at least 3 things:
The silent theme of the importance to have space to reflect on good things
The consistent reminder to remain productive
Being able to choose how we reflect on the writing prompt or hope quote
Allowing space to reflect on good stuff
Life happens fast. Since it happens fast, we can be prone to not sit and smell the roses.
There’s power in reflection. During reflection, we can ponder on the choices we made so we learn from them. Also, we can reflect on things in order to know ourselves truly.
Without being real with us, we lose the capability to become a better version of self.
This journal affords the owner of their copy to know why they aren’t as productive as they could be, how they feel when they are productive and more.
The simple accountability with your goals
There are other journals that take a more thorough, more complex avenue with reaching your goals.
With just questions, the space to write and draw, and quote-this journal is simple.
Through its simplicity, you are made accountable to your productivity by thinking more deeper about it. That's it.
There’s no “30-day challenge” with this, although those kinds of things are good.
There’s not a monthly planner that comes with this either. You can come and reflect on any prompt whenever you want in whichever order you want.
Regardless, your mind will focus on being productive, one way or the other.
The hope quotes
When we go for our goals, it can be tough. Discipline works wonders and reaps rewards, but something bigger than that may be needed. This is where hope kicks in.
The quotes are more for the big picture. They are meant to help you forge an overall positive mindset that's not just about your goals.
They are meant to weaponize your mind against discouragement when it comes.
What’s in the journal exactly?
It has:
20 writing prompts that center around productivity
4 pages of lined paper to give “space” for the owner of the journal to write in
A quote about hope for each writing prompt
And an art (blank) page to illustrate their reflections on
(Disclosure: The pages are see-through just by a little bit. I suggest using pencil for the illustrations.)
Where can you buy it?
It is $9.99 and only available on Amazon as a soft cover.
I had a link to the journal on this post, but the link was not working for some reason. So, if you would like to get a copy, please message and I will be happy to send you the raw link to it. You can copy and paste it into your browser to get straight to the journal.
I hope it works out for you!
